Ronin Repairs and Returns
To be eligible for credit or exchange, Warranty Returns must comply with the following:
All returns must be processed with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form. A copy of the RMA should be included with the return shipment.

Once product is received at Ronin plant it will be evaluated. If product is covered by warranty a replacement or credit will be issued. If the product is not covered by warranty, it will be returned to the customer with an explanation.
