Annual Service

An annual service should be performed to every Ronin unit. The unit must be shipped to our Clover, SC factory (or an authorized International Service Center) and a trained technician will do a thorough inspection, diagnosis and make any necessary software repairs/upgrades to meet OSHA & CE standards for recertification.

** This annual service does not cover out of warranty damages nor replace damaged parts due to consumer use. Anything that is noted during inspection will be communicated and invoiced separately. **

During the service we replace all high wear parts that make contact with the Rope. Over time rope will wear the stainless steel parts.

THE PARTS REPLACED DURING SERVICE INCLUDE:

• Unit Inspection
• Drive Shaft Assembly
• Tensioner Assembly
• Cam Cinch Assembly
• Cam Insert
• Screw Drive Assembly
• Recertification ATP testing

REPAIR SERVICE TIME:

7-10 days from receipt of device and acceptance of other diagnostics as suggested
